The river is still low and clear with a little flow and a water temperature of 12 degrees

More fish are feeding in these lower temperatures and several carp into double figures have been reported along with some good chub up to 6lb 14oz and bream over 7lb.

Our matches are still well attended and weights over 8lb have been taken consistently of mainly Roach ,Dace and Perch. Our annual Fur & Feather match will be on Sunday 21st December, all competitors are reminded bring a prize over £5 value.

Our work parties have been busy upgrading swims in B & C sections and this will continue in other sections as soon as possible. Pike anglers are finding fish up to low doubles from most section.
